DronacharyaERP operates on a subscription-based model (monthly, quarterly, or annually). By subscribing, you agree to pay the full amount for the selected billing cycle in advance.
Once a billing cycle has begun and services are accessed, we do not offer refunds for partial use, inactivity, or unused time.
If a free trial is offered, it is your responsibility to evaluate the platform during that period. No refund requests will be entertained once a paid subscription begins after the trial ends.
Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled beforehand.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team.
No Refund on Cancellation: Canceling your subscription will prevent future charges, but you will not receive a refund for the current or past billing periods.
We may consider refund requests under the following rare conditions:
Double or duplicate payments
Payment made in error due to technical faults (with verifiable proof)
Service unavailability caused solely by our system (downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours)
In such cases, a partial or full refund may be approved at our sole discretion after reviewing your case. All refund requests must be submitted to support@dronacharyaerp.com within 7 days of the issue.
If you subscribed through a third-party reseller or payment gateway, their refund policies may apply. DronacharyaERP is not responsible for third-party transaction issues.
